Tandem Business Complex is located at 120/4 Kozatska Street in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, near Vasylkivska metro station.

Lit.D Office Building - an infrastructure facility, a 30m tower used by Vodafone and Lifecell mobile operators, as well as Internet service providers;
Lit.E office building - an infrastructure facility, 200 m² Gourmet Cafe;
Office building Let.G is a three-storey building with a total office space of 6000 m². The area of each floor is 2000 m². In the basement of the building are located infrastructure:
- a gym area of 150 m²;
- fitness room of 80 m²;
- table tennis hall;
- children's sports education hall;
- coffee bar;
- beauty salon.
Office building lit.L - one-storey, with a total area of 40 m²;
Building Lit.M - infrastructure facility of the utility service, which provides maintenance of buildings and structures of the business complex;
Office building lit.CH - a two-storey building with a total area of 1000 m²;
Building L.Sh - transformer substation;
Building L.H. - a warehouse with an area of 370 m². Warehouses are provided with heating;
Office building Let.E is a three-storey building with a total area of 8440m². The building has three blocks, which differ in number and floor area.
In the first block of five floors, the area of each floor is 90 m².
In the second block of three floors, the area of each floor is 1800 m².
In the third block of four floors, the area of each floor is 620 m²;
Building Lit.C - a warehouse with a total area of 800 m². Storage facilities are provided with heating.

On the territory of Tandem Business Complex, traffic and parking of vehicles are restricted for reasons of providing comfortable working and resting conditions. For parking there are two special sections on the north side of the business complex, designed for 300 parking spaces (marked with the letter ℗ in the diagram). Also, utilities services (plumbing, electricity, heat engineering, ventilation and air-conditioning specialists, structured cable systems, general construction workers, drivers of vehicles and snow removal equipment) were taken outside the territory of the Tandem business complex. These services provide maintenance and operation of buildings and structures of the business complex.
